January 25, 2026: Observation of the Main Beam Drive System and Turning Roller Structure of an Organic Fertilizer Powder Production Line
2026-08-27
January 25, 2026, on-site observation of the organic fertilizer powder production line. The simple compost turner spans both sides of the concrete fermentation tank. The main beam of the equipment is painted green with a smooth surface. Two drive motors are installed on the top of the main beam, one for lateral movement and the other for driving the turning rollers. The motor housings are dark gray with heat dissipation fins. The turning roller assembly extends downwards from the middle of the main beam. The roller body is densely covered with black toothed blades arranged in a spiral pattern, used to turn the material at the bottom of the fermentation tank to the top, while pressing the surface material to the bottom. Black side plates are provided on both sides of the turning roller to limit the turning range. The turning machine's wheels are engaged with tracks on both sides of the top of the fermentation tank. The tank is made of poured concrete, with rust-colored and white powdery residue on the inner wall, and deep longitudinal grooves on the bottom. The top is a steel structure factory building with a corrugated steel roof, and translucent panels allow natural light to enter. A red cable reel is located above the left side of the trough wall for storing cables.
