2026-09-03

On-site observation of the organic fertilizer powder production line in Pahang, Malaysia. Multiple sets of green-painted silos and supporting processing equipment are arranged in the center of the workshop, mounted on a two-story steel structure platform. The larger green silo on the left has an opening at the top to receive raw materials conveyed from the front. The silo connects to a belt conveyor below; the conveyor belt is black with red drive wheels and motor components on the sides. The equipment adopts a modular design and is distributed in different areas of the workshop.

In the material processing area, a steep-angle belt conveyor extends upwards from the ground, lifting raw materials such as palm fiber and palm residue to a higher inlet. The conveyor frame is green-painted and supported by steel supports at the bottom. Residual material traces are visible on the surface, indicating that the conveyor line has undergone preliminary operation or commissioning. The workshop ceiling is a steel frame structure, the walls are gray corrugated panels, and the lighting system is installed at the top, providing uniform lighting. The ground is made of cement, with a few construction tools and cables scattered around, indicating that equipment installation and debugging are proceeding in parallel.
