East Malaysia Roller Granulator Production Line: Observation of the Main Structure and Drive Components of the Roller Granulator

August 27, 2026, installation site of the East Malaysia roller granulator production line. In the center of the workshop, a large green roller granulator has been positioned and is mounted on a green steel support frame. The roller cylinder assembly is made of rolled and welded steel plate, with feed inlets and discharge outlets at both ends. Two large yellow cast steel gears are installed on the outside of the roller, which mesh with the small gears in the drive system to drive the cylinder to rotate at a constant speed. Support rollers and limit rollers are located below the cylinder to support the weight of the roller and prevent axial movement.

The interior of the cylinder can be observed through the feed inlet at the front of the roller, currently in an unloaded and untested state. Part of the drive motor and reducer assembly can be seen on the left side of the support frame, and their main installation positions are fixed. The ground is cement, with several rolls of steel grating, cardboard boxes, and a small amount of scattered materials in the foreground. The workshop ceiling is a steel truss structure, the walls are made of gray corrugated metal panels, and the lighting fixtures have been installed. The entire equipment is currently in a static waiting phase before the transmission connection is completed.
