Notices for Organic Fermentation Process
1．Moisture content of mixture
It is very important to regulate the moisture content of fermentation materials. The water content should be controlled between 50 and 60%. If the water content is high and sawdust or straw powder is added, the water content is low and the water content is added. According to experience, when the hand is in a mass and the state of dispersing is touched, the water content is the appropriate sign.
2．Number of Fermentation Turnover
1-2 times a day, organic fertilizer fermentation is even, the rate of fermentation is accelerated, too much will cause water loss.
3．Fermentation time
In the case of adding fermentation bacteria, the general fertilization process takes 7-10 days. Due to different climates in different places, maybe 10-15 days, the material will be thoroughly decomposed, so as to realize the high content of odorless, disease-free, insect eggs, weed seeds, humus and potassium.
4．Organic Matter Content Should Achieve National Standard
Organic matter in organic fertilizers is generally more than 45%. When organic matter is less than 45%, it is necessary to add humic acid (pure organic matter) and other substances to improve the content of organic matter.
5．Successful fermentation with light or odorless liquor flavor
The temperature of livestock and poultry manure, domestic refuse, sludge and other fertilizer-making materials generally rises from 20 to more than 60 degrees in the fermentation process. At the high temperature stage, some fungi strongly decompose the complex organic substances in aerobic fermentation. At the same time, high temperature can kill pathogens in organic fertilizer, which greatly reduces the odor of organic fertilizer after fermentation.
