1. Pre-start Inspection: Confirm that the twin-shaft blades are not deformed, bolts are not loose, the reducer oil level is normal, the chain/belt tension is appropriate, the hopper is free of debris, and the discharge port is unobstructed.
2. No-load Start: Run the machine without load for 3-5 minutes to check for abnormal noises or jamming, whether the blade rotation is correct (twin shafts rotate relative to each other), and that the bearings and motor temperature rise is normal before adding materials.
3. Standardized Material Addition: Add materials evenly according to the mixing ratio, avoiding excessive addition in a single batch that could cause the machine to stall. The moisture content of the raw materials should be controlled at 20%-30%. It is strictly forbidden to mix in metal, stones, or other hard impurities.
4. Operation Monitoring: Observe changes in current and noise during mixing. If abnormal noises or a sudden increase in current occur, immediately stop the machine and investigate.
