Correct Use of an Organic Fertilizer crusher

2025/08/08

The correct use of an organic fertilizer equipment is as follows:

1. Pre-Startup Inspection: Check that the inside and outside of the fertilizer equipment are clean and free of residual material and impurities. Check all connections for looseness and all sliding parts for lack of oil. Before starting the machine, recheck the tightness of all connecting bolts and anchor bolts to ensure they are not loose. Turn on the power, start the machine under no-load conditions, and run it for 3 minutes. Only begin operation after confirming that there are no abnormalities.

2. Installation and Startup: Secure the organic fertilizer grinder in the correct position for the job and ensure it is stable. Start the machine under no-load conditions; starting the machine under load is strictly prohibited.

3. Crushing Process: Keep someone nearby during the crushing process to control the material feed rate and prevent blockages. When feeding, avoid introducing debris into the grinder. Control the particle size after crushing based on the material's characteristics to ensure that the granulation requirements are met.

4. Completion: After the material has been fully discharged, turn off the grinder and clean any remaining material from the grinder according to cleaning procedures. Clear the area, clean the ground within the crushing zone, arrange the materials neatly, and return tools to their proper locations.

6. Regular Maintenance: After the crusher has operated for approximately 500 hours, inspect the left and right main bearings, clean them if necessary, and add an appropriate amount of grease or replace all grease. The crusher's blades have a varying lifespan depending on the material characteristics. If worn, sharpen them promptly.

By following these steps, you can ensure the safe operation of your organic fertilizer crusher, improve production efficiency, and increase the lifespan of the equipment.
