To determine whether the organic fertilizer equipment is well grounded, you can check and test it through the following steps:
1. Check the installation quality of the grounding device
Appearance inspection: Check each connection point of the grounding device to ensure that the welding quality is good and there is no false welding. Knock off the welding slag of the welding joint and check whether the contact area meets the standard.
Connection check: Check whether the connection between the grounding wire and the grounding body is firm to ensure that there is no looseness, rust or corrosion.
2. Measure the grounding resistance
Use the grounding resistance tester. Before installing the grounding device, you should understand the resistivity of the soil around the grounding body. If it is too high, take necessary measures to ensure that the grounding resistance value is qualified.
3. Check the grounding cable specifications: The grounding cable specifications should meet the requirements. Ensure that the connection points between the equipment and the grounding grid are not less than 2/row.
4. Regular inspection and maintenance
Regular testing: The grounding resistance should be tested once in spring and autumn when there is less rain each year to ensure that the grounding is qualified.
Inspection content: Regularly check whether the connecting bolts are loose or rusted, the corrosion of the grounding wire and grounding body below the ground, and whether the grounding wire is damaged, broken, corroded, etc.
Through the above steps, it can be ensured that the organic fertilizer equipment is well grounded, thereby ensuring the safe operation of the organic fertilizer production line and the safety of operators.
