1. 3. Process adjustment: For processes such as anaerobic fermentation that are greatly affected by temperature, the reactor and pretreatment tank can be insulated and heated to ensure stable operation in low temperature environments in winter. According to the environmental conditions in winter, the process parameters, such as fermentation temperature and humidity, should be appropriately adjusted to ensure production efficiency and product quality.
4. Safe operation: Strengthen the safety management of equipment, regularly check the operation status of equipment, and solve problems in time. At the same time, pay attention to safety education to improve the safety awareness and prevention ability of employees. The project should set up an escape system in accordance with relevant regulations, and be equipped with sufficient and matching fire-fighting equipment and backup emergency power supply.
