Increasing the output of a disc granualtor can be done from the following perspectives:
1. Optimize operating parameters: Adjust the disc speed and inclination angle to find the optimal granulation conditions. Generally, a disc angle between 45° and 55° is ideal. However, the specific value needs to be fine-tuned based on the material characteristics. The disc speed can typically be adjusted between 15 and 30 revolutions per minute.
