Check the joints and oil pipes of the hydraulic system, and repair or replace the seals in time if leakage is found. Check whether the voltage is normal, whether the bearings and reduction shafts are worn or deformed, and replace damaged parts in time.
4. Seasonal maintenance: Replace lubricating oil and hydraulic oil suitable for low temperature environment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment at low temperature.
Check the cooling system and clean the radiator to ensure that the equipment does not overheat in a high temperature environment.
Safe operation and record: Operators must be trained and operate strictly in accordance with the operating procedures to avoid equipment damage caused by illegal operations.
