To prevent the aging of equipment in the organic fertilizer production line, the following measures can be taken:

6. Education and Training: Provide adequate training to operators to ensure they understand the correct operation and maintenance methods. Enhance the safety awareness of operators to prevent equipment damage caused by improper operation.
7. Monitoring and Recording: Utilize sensors and monitoring systems to track the operational status of equipment, maintain detailed maintenance records, assist in analyzing the causes of equipment aging and deformation, and take improvement measures.
Through the above measures, the service life of organic fertilizer equipment can be effectively prolonged, and the occurrence of aging and deformation problems can be reduced.
