Using a drum granualtor effectively not only improves production efficiency but also extends its lifespan. Here are some key usage and maintenance tips:
1. Pre-operation Preparation: Ensure the screen is snugly attached to the granulator rollers. If the screen is loose, tighten it with a wrench. Check that the rollers are operating normally and without abnormal noise. Before each run, clean any residual material inside the equipment to avoid affecting production efficiency and product quality.
2. Precautions During Operation: Maintain an even supply of material to avoid uneven material flow. Never add material that submerges the granulator rollers.
3. Monitor Temperature and Humidity: Maintain proper temperature and humidity control. Excessively high or low temperatures can affect pellet quality.
4. Cleaning: During production, if material is found adhering to the rollers or long strips of material are formed, stop the machine for cleaning. Wait until the material hardens before resuming granulation. After the organic fertilizer equipment is finished, thoroughly clean the equipment using a combination of hot water, purified water, and alcohol (75% disinfectant). 5. Safe Operating Procedures: Operate strictly in accordance with the equipment's operating procedures to avoid overloading the equipment. Ensure that the equipment's safety devices are complete and reliable, and promptly eliminate any unsafe conditions. Operators should receive professional training and be familiar with the equipment's operating procedures and precautions.
Through these scientific operation and maintenance methods, you can ensure efficient and stable operation of the drum granulator during production, while also reducing equipment wear and extending its service life.
