1. Pre-operation Preparation: Ensure the screen is snugly attached to the granulator rollers. If the screen is loose, tighten it with a wrench. Check that the rollers are operating normally and without abnormal noise. Before each run, clean any residual material inside the equipment to avoid affecting production efficiency and product quality.
2. Precautions During Operation: Maintain an even supply of material to avoid uneven material flow. Never add material that submerges the granulator rollers.
