The output capacity of new type organic fertilizer granualtors depends primarily on raw material processing, equipment operating conditions, accessory condition, and the overall coordination of the entire bio-organic fertilizer produciotn line.

Raw material pretreatment is fundamental. The moisture content of organic fertilizer raw materials needs to be controlled between 20% and 30%. Excessive moisture can easily cause sticking and clogging, while insufficient moisture makes material difficult to form and increases powder content. Raw materials must be fully decomposed, and the particle size must be uniform. Hard impurities such as stones and metals must be screened out to improve granulation rate and prevent equipment jamming and downtime.

Equipment operating parameters directly determine production efficiency. For roller granulators, it is crucial to control the roller pressure, roller speed, and roller die gap. Imbalances in these parameters can lead to loose particles and a high number of hollow particles, significantly reducing hourly output. Feeding must be uniform and stable, ideally using a variable frequency feeding device to prevent inconsistent feeding and equipment load fluctuations that could cause malfunctions.

The granulator's molds and rollers are vulnerable core components. Wear and tear on the mold holes and roughness of the inner walls increase discharge resistance, leading to decreased output and increased pulverization rate. Regular inspection, polishing, or replacement is necessary. Transmission bearings and reducers require timely lubrication and maintenance to prevent bearing overheating, abnormal machine noise, and minimize downtime.

In addition, the seamless integration of equipment throughout the production line is crucial. A smooth, unobstructed flow of crushing, mixing, granulation, drying, and screening processes is essential to maximizing granulator capacity, stabilizing finished particle quality, and improving overall production efficiency.
