Maintenance requirements for bulk blending fertilizer production line primarily include the following:
1. Daily Maintenance: The floor must be kept clean throughout the entire shift. Power machinery and other equipment must be cleaned daily after operations. Regularly check the operating status of fertilizer equipment to ensure proper operation. Lubricate moving parts of the equipment regularly to prevent rust and damage.
2. Periodic Maintenance: Regularly inspect and repair the equipment, including disassembling and maintaining major components, such as the mixer, and re-lubricating and tightening them. Regularly replace severely worn components, such as screens and belts, to ensure stable operation.
3. Environmental Protection Measures: Ensure the proper operation of exhaust gas treatment systems, such as bag filters and activated carbon adsorption devices, and meet emission standards. Strengthen centralized collection of floor wash and backwash wastewater to prevent leakage, bubbling, dripping, and leaking. Dust from bag filters and ground dust is regularly collected and directly reused in production. Used packaging bags are temporarily stored in a general solid waste storage room and periodically sold for comprehensive utilization. 4. Safe Operation: Comprehensive safety training is provided to all personnel involved in equipment maintenance and operation to ensure they are familiar with the safety precautions and technical requirements during maintenance. An emergency plan for environmental incidents is developed and implemented, equipped with environmental emergency equipment and supplies, and regular emergency drills are conducted.
These maintenance requirements effectively ensure the stable operation of the fertilizer blending production line, improve production efficiency and product quality, and reduce environmental pollution.
