In order to prevent organic fertilizer equipment from being damp during storage, the following measures can be taken:
1. Choose a suitable storage environment: Store the equipment in a dry and well-ventilated place, away from humidity and rain. The storage location should be away from direct sunlight to reduce the impact of surface temperature changes on the equipment.
2. Moisture-proof treatment: anti-rust treatment of the metal parts of the equipment, coated with anti-rust paint. Add appropriate moisture-proof agent to the equipment to absorb and remove moisture.
3. Regular maintenance: Even if the equipment is idle, the status of the equipment should be checked regularly and proper maintenance should be carried out. Clean the dust and debris on the surface and inside of the equipment regularly, and lubricate it.
4. Protect the motor and rubber parts: Place the motor in a ventilated, dry and clean warehouse to avoid moisture. Protect rubber parts from moisture or oil stains to prevent aging and cracking.
5. Use appropriate packaging materials: During transportation and storage, use sealed packaging materials, such as plastic bags or buckets, to prevent moisture infiltration.
6. Start the equipment regularly: If the equipment is idle for a long time, the equipment should be started regularly to keep the equipment running and prevent moisture.
Through the above measures, the organic fertilizer equipment can effectively prevent moisture during storage, extend the service life of the equipment, and ensure that the organic fertilizer production line can operate normally when it is used again.
