There are several ways to increase the output of NPK fertilizer granualtors:
1. Raw Material Pretreatment: The moisture content of NPK compound fertilizer raw materials must be controlled between 8% and 12% to prevent salt from absorbing moisture and adhering to the double-membrane seal chamber, which could affect material conveying efficiency. During pretreatment, the raw materials should be screened through a 100-120 mesh screen to remove large impurities. This prevents impurities from blocking the rollers, causing downtime for cleaning and impacting continuous production efficiency. It is recommended to install a filter at the feed inlet to intercept large impurities.
2. Process Parameter Optimization: Adjust the die speed based on the material viscosity. For organic fertilizers, choose a low speed (15-20 rpm), and for feed, choose a high speed (25-30 rpm). The roller pressure should match the die speed: 0.8-1.2 MPa at low speed and 0.5-0.8 MPa at high speed. 3. Equipment Maintenance and Upgrades: Regularly check the gap between the rollers and the die plate, maintaining a minimum of 0.1-0.3mm. A gap that is too large can lead to material leakage, while a gap that is too small can exacerbate die wear. Additionally, regularly clean the interior of the fertilizer equipment to prevent residual material from agglomerating and impacting subsequent production.
4. Automated Control: Utilizing automated and intelligent control systems, the granulation process of the npk fertilizer production line is precisely controlled and continuously maintained. The equipment automatically adjusts its operating status according to set parameters, monitors key material indicators such as temperature, humidity, and pressure in real time, and provides timely feedback and optimization.
5. Production Environment Control: Maintain a relatively stable temperature and humidity in the production workshop to avoid excessively high or low temperatures and humidity, which can negatively impact the quality of raw materials and finished products. Good ventilation reduces dust accumulation in the workshop, minimizing wear on equipment and health hazards to operators, while also contributing to clean air quality.
