Even if the organic fertilizer production line supporting equipment is placed in a safe and dry environment, it will inevitably rust, especially in places where it is easy to rain, organic fertilizer equipment should also be placed in a specific place. When you use it again after a rainy day, you will find that the equipment is rusty. The rust of the equipment will lead to the aging of the equipment and shorten the service life of the auxiliary equipment of the organic fertilizer production line. Protective measures for organic fertilizer equipment:
1. Prevent rust of iron parts. Many parts of the equipment supporting the organic fertilizer production line are made of steel. For storage, the parts should be disassembled, coated with anti-rust paint, and stored in a ventilated and dry place.
2. Prevent aging of rubber parts. In the process of using the supporting equipment of the organic fertilizer production line, the rubber parts are easy to be wet or oiled, which is easy to age the equipment and cause cracks, thereby shortening the service life. During equipment storage, the front and rear axles of the locomotive should be jacked up or sleepers to lift the tires off the ground without loading them.
3. Prevent the motor from getting damp. If the motor is not used for a long time, the motor of the supporting equipment of the organic fertilizer production line should be placed in a ventilated, dry and clean warehouse. If the motor is placed in a fertilizer wetland or a place that is easily wet by rain, the motor will become wet. Insulation performance decreases, resulting in short circuits, leaks, ironing, and even burning coils.
