1. Preparation

Second, adjust the chain tension

Third, adjust the hammer and screen
The hammer and screen are important parts of the mill and need to be checked and adjusted regularly. Adjust the number and weight of the hammer as needed to suit the size and hardness of different materials. At the same time, the screen aperture is adjusted according to the need to adapt to the different grinding particle size.
4. Test run
After adjusting the components, it can be tested. During the test run, it is necessary to pay attention to the operation of the equipment, such as whether there is abnormal sound, vibration, heat and other phenomena. If there is an anomaly, it is necessary to stop the machine in time.
5. Maintenance after adjustment
Once debugging is complete, everything is not done. It is also necessary to perform regular maintenance on the equipment, such as replacing worn parts and cleaning the residue inside the equipment. Although these tasks seem simple, they are very important to ensure the long-term stable operation of organic fertilizer production lines.
