2. High temperature stage. After 2 to 3 days of stacking, the reactor temperature rises to 50 to 60℃, which is called the high temperature stage. At this time, a large number of thermophilic microorganisms replaced the original mesothermal microorganisms, and carried out the humification process at the same time, and began to decline after maintaining high temperature for a certain period in the later period.
3. Cooling stage. The reactor temperature gradually drops below 50 ° C, which is called the cooling stage. At this time, the types and numbers of microorganisms in the pile are more than those in the high-temperature stage. In the processing stage of this organic fertilizer production line, the matrix of decomposing organic materials in the pile is sharply reduced, and humification is dominant.
4, rot and fertilizer protection stage. At this time, the accumulation of humus in the pile increased significantly. The accumulated materials should be packed tightly and covered with soil, so that the anaerobic cellulose decomposing bacteria can also vigorously carry out the cellulose decomposition and slowly carry out the later decomposition.
