Second, get the ingredients ready. According to the production plan and customer requirements, select the appropriate raw materials and carry out the necessary pretreatment. For example, raw materials such as feces need to be deodorized and disinfected to reduce the impact on the environment. At the same time, according to the characteristics of raw materials, the appropriate mixing, fermentation and other processes should be selected.
Third, set production parameters. According to the type and proportion of raw materials, as well as customer requirements, set the temperature, humidity, PH value and other parameters in the production process.
Fourth, establish security measures. During the production of organic fertilizer, some harmful gases and liquids may be produced, which will affect the environment and human health. Therefore, it is necessary to establish corresponding safety protection measures, such as ventilation, deodorization, waste water treatment, etc., to ensure the safety and environmental protection of the production process.
Finally, do a good job in personnel training and safety education. The production process of organic fertilizer has a certain degree of risk, which requires the operator to have the corresponding skills and safety awareness.
