2. Ingredients: Mix the fermented organic waste with binder, functional bacteria, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other nutrients in a certain proportion.
3. Mixing: the ingredients into the multi-dimensional high-efficiency mixer for rapid mixing, to ensure that the material is fully uniform.
4. Granulation: the mixed material is sent to the extrusion granulator, and the material is extruded into columnar particles through a high-speed rotating template.
5. Polishing and shaping: the cylindrical particles are sent to the round particle polishing and shaping machine to polish and form spherical particles.
6. Drying: the ball particles are sent into the drying, cooling, screening machine for drying treatment, so that its moisture reaches the specified range.
7. Cooling: The dried particles enter the cooling section for air cooling, so that its temperature is reduced to normal temperature.
8. Screening: the cooled particles are sent to the screening machine to separate the finished particles that meet the specifications.
9. Packaging: The finished particles screened out are measured, packed and stored.
Second, installation and maintenance of organic fertilizer equipment:
10. Installation: The organic fertilizer equipment should be installed on a horizontal concrete foundation and fixed with foot bolts. Pay attention to the vertical of the main body and the horizontal when installing.
11. Check: After the installation is complete, check whether the bolts in each part are loose and whether the main engine compartment door is fastened.
12. Test run: After the inspection, carry out no-load test run. Production can be carried out only after the test run is normal.
