Reasons for high energy consumption of organic fertilizer equipment

There may be several reasons why the energy consumption of organic fertilizer equipment is too high in the production process:

1. Equipment aging: With the increase of use time, the wear and tear of the equipment will lead to a decrease in efficiency and an increase in energy consumption. Aging equipment may require more energy to do the same amount of work.

2. Improper operation: If the operator does not operate in accordance with the standard operating procedures, it may lead to inefficient operation of the equipment, thereby increasing energy consumption.

3. Unreasonable process design: If the process design of organic fertilizer production line is not scientific and reasonable, it may lead to energy waste in the production process, such as unreasonable fermentation process and drying process.

4. Insufficient equipment maintenance: Lack of regular maintenance and maintenance will lead to decreased equipment performance and increase energy consumption. For example, poorly lubricated or severely worn bearings, fan blades falling off or worn, can lead to overheating of the motor and increased energy consumption.

5. Backward technology: The use of outdated technology and equipment may mean that energy use is not efficient, and older equipment usually consumes more energy than modern energy-saving equipment.

6. Energy waste in the production process: In the production process, if there is energy waste, such as heat energy is not fully utilized, loss in the material transportation process, etc., it will also lead to high overall energy consumption.

7. Improper treatment of raw materials: If the pretreatment of raw materials is improper, such as the moisture content is too high or too low, it may affect the fermentation and drying efficiency, thereby increasing energy consumption.
