The half- wet material crusher is an indispensable core pretreatment equipment in bio organic fertilizer produciton line. It primarily targets and crushes high-moisture-content materials after fermentation, ensuring the stable operation of the entire production line. It can easily crush semi-wet materials with a moisture content of 20% to 60%, including fermented and decomposed livestock and poultry manure, kitchen waste, sludge, and straw-manure mixtures—raw materials prone to sticking and clumping. During the high-temperature fermentation process, organic fertilizer easily forms hard lumps and clumps of varying sizes. Directly introducing these into subsequent processes can affect the uniformity of mixing and granulation. The semi-wet material crusher can quickly break up clumps, crushing large pieces into fine, uniform powder, effectively controlling the fineness of the material and laying a good foundation for subsequent batching, mixing, and granulation processes.
