Maintenance of a double roller press granualtor should focus on core components, divided into daily, periodic, and special maintenance, to ensure the stability of the organic fertilizer equipment.
Daily Maintenance (per shift): After shutdown, clean residual material and surrounding dust from the rollers to prevent agglomeration and wear; add lithium-based grease to transmission components; check the hydraulic system oil level and change the hydraulic oil filter weekly. Before starting, calibrate the roller clearance (0.5~2mm) and hydraulic pressure (10~15MPa).
Periodic Maintenance (weekly/monthly): Disassemble and inspect bearings weekly, check for abnormal noise and overheating, and replace worn parts; adjust roller shaft parallelism monthly (deviation ≤0.1mm), change gearbox oil and remove metal filings. Belt tension should be such that it sinks 10~15mm when pressed, and coupling concentricity deviation ≤0.1mm.
Special Maintenance (quarterly/yearly): Perform roller dynamic balancing quarterly (imbalance ≤5g·cm); wear exceeding 0.5mm requires machining repair; annual overhaul replaces worn molds and calibrates the electrical system.
Precautions: Avoid touching transmission components during operation; raw materials must be filtered to remove hard impurities; for long-term shutdowns, increase roller clearance and apply anti-rust oil to relieve hydraulic pressure.
Proper maintenance can extend roller life to 8000-10000 hours, reduce failures by more than 50%, and ensure granulation efficiency and quality.
