Ii. Precautions during operation
1. Before starting the machine, ensure that all staff have left the operation area of the machine and ensure that the machine is in a safe state.
2. After starting the machine, it should be idled for a period of time to check whether the machine is running normally and whether there is abnormal sound or vibration.
3. During operation, do not place items such as hands or tools on or near the disk to avoid danger.
4. When adjusting the speed of the disk, it should be carried out slowly, and observe whether the shape and size of the particles meet the requirements at any time.
5. When adding materials, the materials should be evenly scattered on the disk to avoid excessive or low material accumulation. At the same time, care should be taken not to allow items such as hands or tools to reach into the hopper.
6. Regularly clean the residual materials inside the machine, so as not to affect the quality and output of particles.
7. During the operation of the organic fertilizer production line, if abnormal sound, vibration, overheating and other abnormal conditions are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.
Third, clean up after the operation
After the operation, the residual materials and tools inside the machine should be cleaned to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the machine. At the same time, the power should also be turned off for necessary maintenance and maintenance.
