Organic fertilizer equipment should pay attention to the following points when replacing lubricating oil:
1. Choose the right lubricating oil: according to the requirements of the equipment manual, choose the right lubricating oil or grease for lubrication. Different equipment and different parts may require different types of lubricating oil and different viscosities.
2. Regular lubrication: Regular lubrication of bearings, chains, gears and other transmission components to reduce friction and wear.
3. Check and replace the lubricating oil: for the parts of the worm gear box and bearings that have been added enough lubricating oil at the factory, the lubricating oil should be checked and replaced regularly according to the instructions.
4. Discharge of old oil: Before replacing the lubricating oil, the old oil should be discharged first, and ensure that the oil pan screw is installed with a new washer and firmly fastened.
5. Check the oil filter: When replacing the oil filter, check whether the seal ring of the old filter is intact to avoid the overlap of the old and new rubber seals resulting in oil leakage.
6. Add new oil: When adding oil, be sure to operate according to the appropriate amount of vehicle displacement, neither too much to cause internal loss of the engine, nor too little to affect lubrication.
7. Careful inspection: After replacing the oil, let the engine run for a period of time, and then turn off the engine to check the amount of oil and potential leakage, to ensure that there is no problem, the replacement is completed.
8. Record maintenance: Establish maintenance and maintenance records of organic fertilizer production line, record the time, content and results of each maintenance and maintenance, so as to facilitate future management and maintenance.
