1. Double Roller Press Granualtor
This type does not require the addition of binders. It forms powdered nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium raw materials through high-pressure extrusion. The finished granules have high strength and uniform nutrient distribution, making it suitable for producing high-concentration compound fertilizers. It also requires no drying process, resulting in lower energy consumption, and is a commonly used model in small and medium-sized fertilizer plants.
This type uses the centrifugal force and friction of a rotating disc to roll the moistened NPK raw materials into spheres. The granule size can be flexibly adjusted, and it is compatible with various raw material ratios. It can also be used to add trace elements to produce functional compound fertilizers, and is widely used in the mixed granulation of organic and compound fertilizers.
The drum rotates at an angle, and the raw materials are granulated within the drum through rolling and kneading. It has a large production capacity and stable operation, making it suitable for large-scale production. It is often combined with drying and cooling equipment to form a continuous production line. The finished granules are highly rounded, meeting the mass production needs of large agricultural input companies.
4. Spray Granulator
This type uses high-temperature spray drying technology to atomize the NPK mixed slurry and instantly dry it into granules. The finished granules are small, uniform, and have good solubility. It is mainly used to produce water-soluble compound fertilizers, meeting the needs of drip irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, and other water-fertilizer integrated fertilization scenarios.
