The half-wet material crusher (compost crusher) is specifically designed for high-moisture materials (such as livestock manure, sludge, and medicinal residue). Its core advantage lies in completely overcoming the problem of traditional equipment easily clogging when exposed to moisture.
Firstly, it features a screenless design, truly eliminating clogging. Traditional crushers will clog the screen when the moisture content exceeds 10%, leading to shutdown. This machine eliminates the screen grate, allowing smooth discharge even when the material moisture content is as high as 55% or even higher, fundamentally solving the risk of clogging and motor burnout.
Secondly, its dual-rotor structure combines fineness and efficiency. The upper and lower rotors are connected in series for crushing. After being crushed in the upper layer, the material is immediately ground in the lower layer, achieving ultra-fine grinding through "material-on-material" interaction. The output fineness can reach 0.5-5mm, fully meeting the granulation requirements of organic fertilizer and biomass fuel.
Thirdly, it offers advantages in wear resistance and maintenance costs. The hammerhead is made of high-alloy wear-resistant material and features a shifting and gap-adjusting technology—no replacement is needed after wear; simply adjusting its position restores the gap, making one set equivalent to three, significantly reducing consumable costs.
Finally, it is highly adaptable and multi-functional. It can simultaneously process high-moisture, high-fiber materials as well as hard objects such as glass and bricks, achieving synchronous crushing and ensuring safe agricultural use.
