However, if the uncomposted manure is directly applied to the farmland, it will consume oxygen in the soil, generate high temperature, burn the root system of crops, and produce harmful substances of pathogenic bacteria, which will not only fail to increase production, but also cause secondary pollution of soil, water, atmosphere and agricultural products. Therefore, cow dung can only be used after being composted, decomposed, stabilized, and harmless. The production process of organic fertilizer granulator: First, the cow dung should be dried to make its moisture content below 85%, and then the straw is added. The carbon ratio is controlled at 23-28, and the water content is controlled at 52%-68%. Finally, add organic fertilizer fermentation decomposing agent. Pour the raw materials into the mixer to mix, mix evenly, pulverize, and use the belt to enter the disc granulator; after the granulation is formed, it is sent to the dryer for drying, and then cooled to the cooler by the elevator or belt conveyor. When the moisture reaches below 6%, it is sieved after cooling. The large particle materials are crushed into fine materials by the return pulverizer, the fine materials enter the disc granulator machine, and the coarse return materials are crushed into the granulator, and the finished products are directly packaged.
