Its compact structure and stable operation allow for direct crushing of materials with a moisture content of 20%60% without pre-drying.

The machine employs a screenless bottom screen design, fundamentally solving the problem of wet material adhesion and clogging. Continuous operation is smooth without jamming or sticking to the chamber, ensuring smooth discharge. The machine body uses a two-stage rotor structure; materials are first coarsely crushed and then enter the fine crushing chamber for secondary processing. This results in a large crushing ratio and uniform output particle size, meeting the raw material pretreatment requirements for organic fertilizer fermentation and granulation. Internally equipped with high-alloy wear-resistant hammers and cutters, these features high hardness, impact resistance, long service life, and adjustable gap for easy control of finished product particle size.
