How to solve the problem of caking at the output of organic fertilizer production lines

2025/05/20

To solve the problem of caking at the output of organic fertilizer production lines, the following aspects can be considered:

1. Raw material selection and processing: Choosing raw materials that are not prone to caking can reduce the possibility of caking. At the same time, ensure that the raw materials are dry and avoid using raw materials with excessive humidity. Pre-treatment of raw materials before feeding helps to reduce caking during the production process.

2. Optimization of production process: Select seasons with low air humidity and low temperature for production. During the production process, maintain a moderate humidity in the production environment to prevent the fertilizer from absorbing moisture and caking due to excessively high or low humidity.

3. Add anti-caking agents: Add an appropriate amount of anti-caking agents to the fertilizer. These additives can form a protective film between the particles, thereby reducing the possibility of caking. Surfactants can reduce the surface tension between fertilizer particles, making it less likely for the particles to form a tight crystalline structure and thus preventing caking.

4. Packaging and Storage: Use appropriate packaging materials, such as moisture-proof and anti-compression packaging materials, to prevent the fertilizer from caking due to moisture or compression during transportation and storage. Store the fertilizer in a dry, well-ventilated and cool place, avoiding direct sunlight and high-temperature environments to reduce the hygroscopicity and caking of the fertilizer.

5. Equipment Maintenance and Management: Regularly inspect and maintain the organic fertilizer equipment to ensure its normal operation and stable performance, and prevent caking problems caused by equipment failure.

Through the above measures, the possibility of fertilizer caking can be effectively reduced, and the quality and market competitiveness of fertilizers can be improved.
