The double roller press granulator adopts a double-roller, end-supported structure. The entire machine consists of two main shafts: a driving roller and a driven roller. Each main shaft is equipped with bearings and split bearing housings at both ends. It features a standard configuration of eight heavy-duty bearings to withstand the high-intensity radial and axial impact forces during extrusion granulation, ensuring stable operation without deformation.
The equipment primarily uses double-row self-aligning roller bearings, which offer high load-bearing capacity and self-aligning performance, compensating for installation deviations and operational vibrations. High-pressure load-bearing ends are fitted with tapered roller bearings, balancing radial load and axial limiting to prevent roller misalignment. The bearing housings are made of thickened cast steel in one piece, providing high rigidity and resistance to cracking and deformation. The housing is equipped with an eccentric sleeve structure, allowing precise adjustment of the gap between the two rollers to accommodate different particle size requirements.
The bearing components are equipped with multiple sealing protections, employing a labyrinth seal and skeleton oil seal dual design to effectively prevent dust and moisture from entering the bearing, avoiding wear and bearing failure caused by dust and water ingress. The journal is precision-machined from tempered alloy steel and interference-fitted with the bearing inner ring. It is axially secured with a round nut and a locking plate to prevent loosening and displacement.
The bearing housing features an external grease nipple for centralized lubrication, facilitating convenient filling and allowing for regular maintenance to extend service life. The overall bearing structure is suitable for extrusion granulation of various raw materials such as high-moisture organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer. It is heavy-duty resistant, wear-resistant, well-sealed and dustproof, has a low failure rate, and is suitable for long-term continuous operation on roller press granulator production lines.
