1, the tape quality is not good. In the manufacturing process of conveyor belt, due to insufficient adhesion of rubber material, technological defects or lax inspection of a certain manufacturing process, it is easy to break the belt in subsequent production.
2. The belt is impacted. Conveying system high and low design drop is too large, material orientation is not reasonable, large material in the system, etc., will lead to a strong impact on the belt, the formation of more pits on the surface of the belt, and with the passage of time lead to damage. Bring it.
3. Corrosion in the use environment, the belt is exposed to humidity and high temperature for a long time, which is easy to corrod the main core of the belt and the braided layer of the traction wire rope, causing the risk of fracture.
4, the belt deviation, if the belt conveyor debugging and maintenance is not good, the belt deviation, there will be a belt turning stuck, resulting in the belt fracture.
5, the card material, a small piece of hard object stuck between the belt surface and the guide groove or cleaner, gradually wear through the belt, causing the belt fracture.
6. Poor quality of belt joint. During the use of vulcanized joints, steel wire and rubber materials are often covered with dust, resulting in rust or degumming of the latter. In the normal load operation process, it will cause belt breakage accident.
