1. Fever stage

At the early stage of composting, the microorganisms in compost were mainly of the medium temperature aerobic type. Organic fertilizer production line equipment starts the compost fermentation process, under aerobic conditions, violently decomposes easily decomposed organic matter, generates a lot of heat, and constantly raises the compost temperature from about 20 ° C to 40 ° C, reaching the medium temperature stage.

2. High temperature stage.

At high temperature, thermophilic actinomyces and thermophilic fungi became the main species. They strongly decompose complex organic matter in compost, heat accumulates, and the compost temperature rises to 60-70 ° C, or even as high as 80 ° C. Immediately, most of the thermophilic microorganisms died or became dormant in large numbers

3. Cooling stage

When the high temperature stage lasts for a certain period of time, most of the cellulose, hemicellulose, and pectin substances have been decomposed, leaving complex components and newly formed humus that are difficult to decompose, and the microbial activity is weakened and the temperature gradually drops. Ooomph. When the temperature drops below 40 ° C, thermophilic microorganisms re-emerge as the dominant species

4. Fertilization stage.

After compost decomposes, the volume shrinks and the compost temperature drops to just above the air temperature. At this time, compost should be compacted to create an anaerobic state, weaken the mineralization of organic matter, and facilitate the preservation of fertilizer.
