1. Preparation: Before starting the mixer, please make sure that the power cord is connected stable and the power switch is off. Check whether the parts inside the horizontal mixer are intact, if there is damage, it should be replaced in time.
2. Material preparation: Pre-treat the materials that need to be stirred (such as organic fertilizers, bacteria, carriers, etc.) in advance, such as crushing, screening, etc., to ensure that the materials have good fluidity.
3. Start the mixer: Turn on the power switch and start the mixer. During the startup process, it is strictly prohibited to put hands or other items into the inside of the mixer to ensure safety.
4. Adjust the mixing speed: According to the actual needs of the organic fertilizer production line, adjust the mixing speed by adjusting the speed controller on the mixer. Under normal circumstances, it is recommended to use medium-low speed mixing to ensure that the material is evenly mixed.
5. Add material: During the mixing process, the material can be gradually added through the feeding port above the mixer. When adding materials, ensure that the materials are evenly distributed to avoid material accumulation or excessive addition.
6. Observe the mixing effect: during the mixing process, the mixing effect should be observed at any time. If there is any abnormal situation, please stop using immediately and investigate the cause in time.
7. Stop mixing: After completing the mixing task, turn off the power switch first and wait for the mixer to stop running. It is strictly prohibited to turn off the power directly during the operation of the mixer, so as not to damage the organic fertilizer equipment.
8. Clean up the equipment: After mixing, clean up the residual materials inside the mixer in time to keep the equipment clean.
