The core wear parts for wet agitator tooth granulation are the granulating teeth, the inner liner of the cylinder, and the shaft end seal. The agitator teeth, constantly impacting coarse fiber manure, wear thins every 3-6 months under normal operating conditions; when the straw content is high, they need to be replaced every 2-3 months. The alloy liner, subjected to material scouring and friction, develops pits and material adhesion after about a year, requiring replacement in batches. The end-span oil seals are easily corroded by damp fertilizer powder, leading to ash ingress and oil leakage; on average, a set needs to be replaced every 2-4 months, but proper maintenance can extend this to six months. Regularly adding grease to the bearings can delay wear; insufficient grease can easily cause short-term damage.
The main wear parts for roller extrusion granulation are the roller skin and the forced feeding blades. Roller skins are the most frequently worn parts. Ordinary cast steel roller skins wear down smoothly in 6-10 months under normal production, while high-wear-resistant alloy steel roller skins can last 12-18 months. Stones or iron blocks mixed in with the raw material can instantly damage the mold grooves, significantly shortening their service life. The feeding auger blades, constantly pushing powder, wear thin and deform every 3-5 months, causing unstable feeding and affecting molding. Bearing seats are subjected to compression and vibration; if the seal breaks and fertilizer enters, the bearings will overheat and fail.
Commonly worn small parts: belts, springs, and spray nozzles. High dust levels and large load fluctuations accelerate the cracking of V-belts; they should be replaced regularly every 2-5 months. Spray nozzles are often clogged and corroded by fertilizer residue; they should be replaced as needed.
Waste management methods: Pre-processing raw materials to remove iron and impurities, thoroughly crushing coarse fibers, strictly controlling raw material moisture, cleaning residual material from the machine every shift, and performing regular maintenance and lubrication can increase the replacement cycle of parts by 30%, reducing downtime maintenance costs for fertilizer produciton machine.
