Our factory completed the quality inspection, packaging, and container loading of the complete customized compound fertilizer production line equipment. The fully loaded container was successfully shipped to our customer's factory in Uganda, East Africa. This is the first batch of agricultural input equipment export orders to Africa in 2026, marking another breakthrough for the company in its deep cultivation of the East African agricultural equipment market. Uganda, as a core agricultural country in East Africa, has a large-scale cultivation of cash crops such as corn, bananas, and coffee. However, its self-sufficiency rate for compound fertilizer is low, and it is highly dependent on imported finished fertilizers. The demand for local agricultural input companies to build their own fertilizer processing plants continues to rise. The entire compound fertilizer production line delivered this time is a targeted, non-standard customization, adapted to Uganda's high-temperature and rainy conditions. It optimizes the entire process of raw material crushing, double-roller extrusion granulation, drum screening, and automatic packaging. It has the advantages of low energy consumption, easy operation and maintenance, and compatibility with local simple power supply systems. It can stably produce multi-ratio NPK granular compound fertilizer to meet the fertilization needs of local field crops and cash crops. During the production and delivery phase, multiple departments, including technology, quality inspection, foreign trade, and logistics, collaborated closely. All equipment underwent dual performance testing under no-load and full load conditions. Components were packaged with multiple layers of moisture-proof and rust-proof materials, reinforced with wooden frames to mitigate equipment damage caused by the turbulence and humidity of ocean shipping. The complete production line includes a raw material silo, crusher, mixer, extrusion granulator, drying and cooling system, screening machine, and automatic weighing and packaging unit, along with a complete electrical control system, a full set of spare parts, and a bilingual (Chinese and English) operation and maintenance manual. The client visited the factory to inspect multiple production case studies and compared equipment manufacturers from various countries before selecting our solution. They highly appreciated the production line's durable design adapted to the African market, as well as its one-stop installation, commissioning, and remote technical guidance services. After the equipment arrived at the port in Uganda, our technical engineers simultaneously traveled to the site to complete on-site installation, production training, and hands-on training for workers, ensuring the project's rapid commissioning. For many years, the company has been continuously developing its agricultural equipment business in East Africa, iterating compound fertilizer production equipment tailored to the soil and planting characteristics of Uganda, Tanzania, and Kenya.
