On-site Analysis of a Powdered Fertilizer Production Line in Malaysia: Bucket Elevator and Double-Layer Conveyor Frame

Slightly to the right of center, an inclined conveyor with a black belt extends diagonally upwards, its end connecting to the feed inlet of the upper steel structure frame. The conveyor belt surface is smooth and clean, with articulated red idlers on both sides to support the belt and maintain stable operation. The lower end of the inclined conveyor connects to the ground-level feed area, and its drive motor and reducer assembly are already fixed in place. On the right side of the screen, a large number of white woven bags are neatly stacked on the ground, each bearing a green brand logo. Some bags are sealed intact, indicating that the workshop has a considerable capacity for raw material or finished product storage. The workshop has a steel frame structure with lighting facilities, providing ample natural light. The overall layout is compact, facilitating maintenance and daily cleaning operations.

Around the installation site, some cables and wires are scattered on the ground, indicating that the power wiring for the material conveyor line has not yet been finalized. The technicians responsible for the project are calibrating the conveyor belt to ensure the stability of material transport during mass production.
