On-site inspection of the organic fertilizer flat die pellet production line at Yanjin Cattle Farm, Yunnan: Loader feeding bin hoisting and structural analysis

The main equipment on site is a large black loader feeding bin. The bin has a discharge port at the bottom, through which materials fall into the conveyor below. The footage shows the feeding bin being hoisted. The hoisting process is being carried out with the assistance of a yellow truck crane. The crane's boom extends above the bin, and a hoisting strap is connected via a hook to smoothly lift the bin from the truck bed, preparing it for placement at the designated work position. This equipment has a compact structure and a clear function, mainly used for the uniform and continuous conveying of lumpy or powdery materials such as cow dung. Currently, the on-site equipment and hoisting vehicle are working together, and the foundation positioning preparation has been completed, reaching a critical node for installation and connection.
