Four Roller Granulators in Laiyang, Shandong: Single-Unit Structure

At the roller granulation production line site in Laiyang, Shandong, four roller press granulators have completed their basic positioning. The main body of each machine is painted green, and the frame is welded from medium carbon steel plates and channel steel, with lifting holes at the four corners. Each unit consists of a feed hopper, a double-roller extrusion head, and a crushing and separating chamber connected in series. The feed hopper is located at the top of the equipment and is equipped with a forced feeding device to ensure that the raw material enters the gap between the rollers evenly. The core extrusion system consists of a pair of high-pressure rollers rotating in opposite directions, with grooves of a specific shape distributed on the roller surface. The rollers are made of high-strength alloy steel, supported at both ends on bearing seats, and the pressure between the rollers is adjusted by spring preload. The power system uses an electric motor driving a reducer via a belt, and then transmitting the power to the pressure roller and crushing roller via a chain. The extruded material enters the crushing chamber below the equipment, where a double-shaft spiked roller is installed to separate the flaky material into granules and return material. On-site, it can be seen that each piece of equipment is equipped with an independent transmission mechanism and protective cover, with a compact overall structure and the ability to operate independently.
