I. Core of Mixing: Horizontal High-Power Mixer Demonstrates Solid Strength
One of the core components of the equipment on site is the green, long-cylinder horizontal mixer shown in Figure 2, straddling a sturdy yellow support. Unlike granular production lines, powdered organic fertilizer requires extremely high nutrient uniformity in the materials. The machine is equipped with a high-power red drive motor on its left side. During operation, the high-speed rotation of its internal powerful blades deeply and evenly mixes the fermented livestock manure, straw powder, and necessary trace element additives. The image shows the feed inlet at the top of the machine, seamlessly connected to a belt conveyor to ensure smooth material flow. This thickened steel structure main unit, specially designed for high-altitude and cold regions, effectively overcomes the challenges of metal fatigue caused by large temperature differences at high altitudes.
II. Finished Product Packaging: Automatic Quantitative Packaging Machine Achieves Full Automation
Looking back from the workshop (as shown in Figure 1), the final stage of the entire production line comes into view. The striking orange and white fully automatic quantitative packaging machine in the foreground is the "finishing point" of the entire industrial process. It has a large-capacity feed hopper and integrates a high-precision weighing sensor to accurately control the net weight of each bag of organic fertilizer powder, which is then sealed using a bag clamp and an automatic sewing system.
Interestingly, behind the automatic packaging machine, a traditional two-wheeled wooden flatbed cart can also be seen. This trolley, standing in stark contrast to the modern automated equipment, vividly demonstrates the leap from traditional manual labor to highly automated industrial production in Dongga Town's agricultural production.
III. Scientific Layout, Creating an Environmentally Friendly and Safe Production Line
Figure 1, with its wide-angle view, showcases the well-planned interior of the factory. The smooth, clean gray concrete floor and the entire production line—from material lifting and batching to mixing and packaging—are scientifically arranged in a straight line or L-shape. A prominent yellow inspection platform and stairs surround the equipment, facilitating future inspections and maintenance. Furthermore, in line with Tibet's extremely high environmental standards, Huaqiang Heavy Industry customized a highly efficient dust removal and sealing system for this powder production line, ensuring no dust leakage during production and achieving green and clean production.
IV. Based in Tibet, Developing According to Local Conditions
Tibet has a well-developed yak breeding and specialty crop industry, resulting in abundant agricultural and livestock waste resources. Huaqiang Heavy Industry's custom-designed powdered organic fertilizer production line, with its simple process and moderate investment, is perfectly suited to Dongga Town's model of using locally sourced materials and processing locally. It not only solves the pollution problem caused by livestock farming, but also provides high-quality and inexpensive organic fertilizer for local crops, serving as an excellent example of promoting circular economy in Tibetan agriculture and rural revitalization. With the completion of the wiring of the power distribution cabinet and the no-load test run of the equipment, this production line will soon be officially put into operation, and we look forward to it continuing to contribute its energy and benefits on the Tibetan Plateau.
