I. High-Efficiency Feeding and Conveying System
Upon entering the installation site (as shown in Figures 1 and 2), the most striking feature is the deep pit feeding system. The large, black, large-angle belt conveyor extends deep into the underground pit, with rows of red anti-slip strips added to the belt surface. This meticulously designed lifting device allows loose raw materials such as peat moss, coconut coir, and vermiculite, whether added by loader or manually, to be smoothly and steadily transported to higher ground, preventing materials from sliding and accumulating on the slope.
On the side of the belt conveyor, a concrete staircase with anti-slip plates has been constructed, facilitating routine inspections and maintenance of the pit and equipment by workers. Adjacent to the conveyor, a gray vertical electrical control cabinet has been installed and will serve as the "central brain" of the entire production line, providing precise power control for subsequent motors and various crushing and mixing units.
II. Core Screening and Mixing Module Looking along the inclined belt conveyor, the core equipment of the entire production line—a large main unit (drum screen/mixing mixer) with a green and yellow frame—is under installation and commissioning.
Unlike ordinary organic fertilizer granulation production lines, seedling substrate has extremely stringent standards for the purity, particle size, and mixing uniformity of the raw materials. This main equipment plays a crucial role: it first rigorously screens and filters the incoming peat and decomposed organic materials, effectively removing clods, stones, and coarse fibrous impurities to prevent damage to the delicate root systems of seedlings; then, in conjunction with the mixing system, it scientifically blends the finely crushed substrate with lightweight additives such as perlite. On the left side of the screen, a semi-wet material crusher with a red motor pulley is also in place. Connected to a short belt conveyor, it is specifically used to break up and finely crush clumps of substrate raw materials, providing a foundation for the main unit's efficient mixing.
III. Safety Standards and Modern Workshop Image
It is worth mentioning that the entire installation site is surrounded by conspicuous orange-yellow metal mesh safety barriers, with black and yellow warning stripes below. This high-standard safety layout not only meets modern industrial production safety standards but also provides operators with an absolutely safe working space. Although the bright steel structure greenhouse is semi-outdoor in nature, its level foundation and smooth cement floor demonstrate the client's high standards for the production environment.
With the completion of electrical wiring and final equipment positioning, this seedling substrate production line, customized for agriculture in Yanling County, is about to be fully operational. It will not only greatly meet the large-scale seedling needs of vegetables, fruits, and trees in the local area and surrounding regions, but also serve as another solid example of Huaqiang Heavy Industry's deep commitment to the field of agricultural front-end equipment and its empowerment of rural revitalization.
