Installation Site in Yanjin, Yunnan: A Closed-Loop Space Between Front-End Crushing, Liquid-Phase Separation, and High-Level Mixing Modules

2026-08-22

On December 16, 2025, the installation site in Yanjin, Yunnan was shrouded in dense fog and extremely humid. Under a spacious, semi-open steel-structured shed, three core equipment modules formed a tight physical closed loop in the same plane and vertical direction. The black, box-shaped semi-wet material crusher directly in front of the camera has a green motor mounted on its side driving the internal rotor via a red V-belt. The equipment's discharge port directly connects to a large-angle belt conveyor with red stops, forming an upward solid-phase conveying channel. In a low-lying area on the ground, gray pipe fittings lie horizontally awaiting connection, indicating that the installation is still in its final stages.

In a higher area behind the crusher, a vertical mixing tank is firmly in place on a platform constructed of black heavy-duty H-beams. A green geared motor stands atop the tank, and the platform is surrounded by highly conspicuous yellow safety railings and equipped with a reversing staircase. On the other side of the platform, a stainless steel drum microfiltration solid-liquid separator is mounted on a black square steel base, next to a large white storage tank. A white horizontal buffer tank and a green booster pump are placed on the ground. These three devices are highly coupled in their spatial layout: the microfiltration unit on the lower floor is responsible for removing coarse fibers from the liquid material, and the piping indicates that the filtered liquid will be pumped to a high-level mixing tank on the second floor; on the other side of the same plane, a pulverizer is responsible for breaking down the dry and wet materials and conveying them to the upper level. This multi-dimensional spatial closed loop demonstrates the extremely high space utilization of the production line when processing high-moisture mixtures, laying a solid on-site foundation for subsequent connection to main forming equipment such as disc granulators or drum granulators.
