4. Equipment maintenance and upgrade: Inspect and repair worn roller surfaces, replace damaged transmission components, and ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
5. Operation and Management: Provide skills training for operators to enhance their operational skills and understanding of the equipment.
6. Control the feeding speed: According to the model of the organic fertilizer equipment and the characteristics of the material, reasonably control the feeding speed to avoid it being too fast or too slow.
7. Process optimization: Optimize the granulation time and frequency, and reasonably control the rolling time and frequency of the granulator to increase the pelletizing rate.
8. Control the amount of returned materials: Keep the amount of returned materials within a reasonable range to reduce the generation of large particles and improve the smoothness and roundness of the product.
