2. Preparations before operation: Before starting, carefully check whether the organic fertilizer equipment is installed properly, and inspect for any loose installation areas. Ensure that the motor shaft and the crusher shaft are parallel and that the tightness of the drive belt is appropriate. After startup, let it idle for 2 to 3 minutes first. Only after confirming that there are no abnormal phenomena can materials be fed for operation.
3. Precautions during operation: The feeding should be uniform, avoiding being too fast or too slow to prevent affecting the crushing effect. When feeding materials, the staff should stand on the side of the crusher to prevent being injured by the bounced debris. When crushing long stems, do not hold them too tightly to prevent your hands from being brought in.
4. Post-operation maintenance: Before shutting down, stop feeding first. Wait until all the materials inside the machine are completely discharged before cutting off the power and stopping the machine. After the machine stops, cleaning and maintenance should be carried out.
5. Daily maintenance and inspection: Regularly clean the inside of the crushing chamber and remove any remaining straw residues. Regularly check the degree of wear of the blade and replace it if necessary. Check the lubrication condition of the bearings and maintain them with lubricating oil. Regularly check whether all fasteners are tight. If any are loose, deal with them in time.
Through the above measures, the stable production of the organic fertilizer crusher can be effectively guaranteed, the production efficiency can be improved, the service life of the equipment can be prolonged, and at the same time, the safety of the operation process can be ensured.
