The double screws compost turning machine optimizes NPK blending fertilizer production lines from three dimensions: mixing uniformity, fermentation efficiency, and process integration, through the dual action of bidirectional spiral stirring and forced turning.

1. Improving Raw Material Mixing Uniformity

The double helix structure simultaneously performs radial cutting and axial pushing of materials, breaking up raw material agglomeration and allowing organic fertilizer raw materials, NPK compound fertilizer base fertilizers, and functional additives to be fully mixed. This avoids localized nutrient imbalances, directly improving the nutrient consistency of the blended fertilizer product and reducing the defect rate in the subsequent granulation process.

2. Accelerating the Fermentation and Maturation Process

During the turning process, the machine quickly loosens the material pile, increasing the contact area between the material and air, promoting the activity of aerobic microorganisms, and shortening the maturation cycle.  At the same time, spiral turning uniformly regulates the temperature and humidity of the pile, preventing material deterioration caused by localized overheating or excessive moisture. This allows for a more seamless connection between the fermentation process and subsequent crushing and granulation processes, reducing production line waiting time.

3. Reducing Manual Intervention and Energy Consumption

The equipment can achieve continuous operation, eliminating the need for frequent manual turning and reducing labor costs. The stable forced stirring and turning force of the double helix can adapt to raw materials with different moisture content, reducing the risk of process interruptions caused by fluctuations in raw material characteristics.  Compared to single-helix equipment, it consumes less energy, improving the overall operating efficiency of the production line.
