Effective ways to avoid moisture in organic fertilizer equipment are as follows:
1. Choose a dry place: Store the organic fertilizer equipment in a dry, ventilated and dust-free place to avoid humidity and rain. If the device needs to be stored for a long time, it can be stored in a ventilated, dry, and clean warehouse.
2. Cover protection: For exposed processing surfaces and equipment components, cover or dust cloth should be used to prevent dust and debris intrusion.
3. Prevent rust of iron parts: Many parts of organic fertilizer equipment are made of steel, which is easy to rust if poorly kept. Should be disassembled, coated with anti-rust paint, stored in a ventilated dry place.
4. Prevent the aging of rubber parts: the rubber parts of organic fertilizer equipment are damp or stained with oil, which is easy to crack and shorten the service life. During the storage of the equipment, the front and rear axles of the locomotive should be jacked up so that the tires are off the ground and not under load.
5. Regular maintenance: Check the condition of rubber parts regularly, and find that aging or damaged rubber parts should be replaced in time.
6. Keep the equipment clean: clean up the materials, dust and debris scattered on the organic fertilizer equipment, especially the dust prone parts such as the hopper, mixing blades and processing surface, and keep the external surface of the equipment clean.
7. Regular maintenance and maintenance: maintenance should be carried out after each shift, including checking the tightening of the connection bolts, checking the latch, cotter pin and other vulnerable parts for defects, replacement if necessary, check the transmission box, ten bytes and bearings for lack of oil, and supplement immediately if necessary.
