How to check the fastening condition of organic fertilizer equipment

2025/05/16

Checking the tightness of organic fertilizer equipment is an important part of daily maintenance. The following are some specific inspection methods and steps:

1. Regular inspection: At the end of each day's work, a comprehensive inspection of the organic fertilizer production line should be conducted, with a focus on the surface, interior and transmission components of the equipment. Especially the fasteners of key parts such as motors, reducers and bearing housings. A comprehensive inspection of fasteners should be carried out once a week to ensure that all bolts, nuts and other fasteners are not loose. Conduct a more detailed inspection once a month, including the fasteners, transmission components and lubrication system of the equipment.

2. Inspection of key parts: Check whether the fastening screws of the motor and the reducer are loose. Check the tightness of the bearing housing to ensure its firmness. Check whether the turning knife is damaged and whether the fastening bolts are loose. If necessary, replenish, tighten or replace the knife with a new one.

3. Inspection method: Twist the bolts and nuts by hand to check for any signs of loosening. Use tools such as wrenches to tighten the fasteners to ensure they reach the specified torque. Observe whether there are obvious signs of loosening or damage to the fasteners.

4. Fastening measures: Any loose fasteners found should be tightened immediately. Check whether the anti-loosening devices such as anti-loosening washers and spring washers are correctly installed to prevent the bolts from loosening during the operation of the equipment.

By the above methods, it can effectively ensure that the fasteners of organic fertilizer equipment are in good condition, reducing equipment failures and safety hazards caused by loosening.
