How to prevent organic fertilizer equipment from freezing at low temperatures

2025/01/14

The following measures can be taken to prevent organic fertilizer equipment from freezing at low temperatures:

1. Thermal insulation measures: Add thermal insulation materials, such as thermal insulation foam and thermal insulation board, to the outside of the device to reduce the heat exchange between the device and the outside world.

2. Use heating equipment: Install heating equipment near the equipment, such as electric heating fan, hot blast stove, etc., to increase the temperature around the equipment.

3. Equipment maintenance and regular inspection: Strengthen the inspection and maintenance of the equipment to ensure that the sealing performance of the equipment is good and prevent water from entering the equipment.

4. Timely cleaning: Regularly clean the residue on the surface of the equipment and in the pipeline to avoid damage to the equipment due to icing of the residue.

5. Environment control: Keep the environment where the device is located dry to prevent ice on the device surface caused by high humidity.

6. Reasonable layout: Place the equipment in a position sheltered from the wind and sunny to reduce the impact of low temperature and cold wind.

7. Use antifreeze and add antifreeze: Add antifreeze to the lubrication system of the equipment to prevent the lubricating oil from solidifying at low temperatures. Through these measures, organic fertilizer equipment can be effectively prevented from freezing in a low temperature environment to ensure the normal operation and service life of organic fertilizer production lines.
