2025/02/06

In order to prevent the rust of organic fertilizer equipment, the following methods can be taken:

1. Daily cleaning and maintenance External cleaning: After work every day, rinse the equipment shell with clean water to remove residual dust and debris to avoid corrosion and rust.

2. Internal cleaning: For the fermentation chamber, stirring impeller and other parts in contact with the material, remove the accumulated organic residue, you can use the brush to assist cleaning.

3. Regular maintenance, lubrication maintenance: monthly lubrication of transmission components (such as gears, bearings), reduce wear, extend service life.

4. Anti-rust treatment: Many parts of organic fertilizer equipment are made of steel, and improper storage is easy to rust. The accessories should be removed, coated with anti-rust paint and stored in a ventilated and dry place.

5. Anti-aging of rubber parts: rubber parts are easily aging when wet or stained with oil, resulting in cracks. During the storage of the equipment, jacks or sleepers should be used to lift the front and rear axles of the locomotive so that the tires are off the ground and do not bear the load.

6. Storage environment: When the equipment is not used for a long time, it should be stored in a dry, ventilated and dust-free place to avoid moisture or damage to the equipment.

7. Cover protection: Cover the equipment to prevent rain and dust from touching the surface of the equipment.

8. Other precautions: Record the date of each maintenance, the executor, the work content and the problems found, so as to track the status of the equipment.

9. Communicate with suppliers regularly: understand the latest maintenance knowledge and technical support.

Through the above measures, it can effectively prevent the rust of organic fertilizer equipment, extend the service life of the equipment, and ensure the long-term stable operation of the organic fertilizer production line.
